A project was to carry out master planning and preliminary architecture of proposed Production & Assembly Facility, Admin & Canteen Building and various non-plant buildings for phase I.
Client: Jay Bharat Maruti (JBM) Ltd
A project of manufacturing automobile metal components through processes involve cutting, pressing, molding, welding, assembling and paint finishing, within shell of 25,000 sqmts.
Scope: Master plan, Production Building, Admin, Canteen and Utility buildings.
Company’s commitment to sustainability, safe & pleasant working environment for the employees and seamless operational efficiency were the key objectives for this Industrial Project.
Client: Suvjay Industries LLP
A production facility of 18,000 sqmts of plastic & paper product in Sanand GIDC. An integrated building accommodates multiple functions like Admin, Canteen & Workers’ Amenities in second wing, All of them are unique in nature & intensity of occupancy.
Our approach was to attain uninterrupted well-organized space with open plan office, define hierarchy, improve well-being of the employees and fulfil all foreseeable future needs. Admin Building Alternatives.

Client: ISKCON, Ahmedabad
Office of temple trust occupied by around 35+ devotees, has same level of functional complexity as any other office. We designed to integrate, earlier remotely located functions into one place that is now technology driven and more effectively working than before.
Client: Gujarat Police
A competition project to design Arms & Ammunition Building, Training Centre and Accommodation for 300 occupants on 150,000 sqft of plot area within large campus of Gujarat Police HQ. Subdivided in 3 zones with maximum spatial separation based on functional discretion yet integrated as single organization. Balanced with built & green, contextual design that reflects image of firm, discipline & transparent public services.
Arms & Ammunition Building: A peculiar need to store Arms & Ammunition dealt with specific response, combined with high level of safety, security and operational efficiency in this 3 storied building. Non-dust interior environment for stores, UG store for Explosives.
Training Centre & Accommodations: Building consists of Hall for 500 Persons, Conferences, Library, E-Learning rooms. Trainee Accommodations on 7 floors and Officers’ Accommodations planned for high rank officers like a luxury hotel.
A Community Project by Foundation at birth place of IT man of India. 120-year-old deteriorated house to be converted into Memorial Gallery & Computer Training Center.
120 smt of Raw house replaced by modern building, plenty of natural light and forced natural draught; perfectly planned for purpose and strikingly stands out from vicinity, pays tribute to the persona as he continues to contribute to the society.
Client: CPWD, India
Contextual Design that meets aims & objective of the Stakeholders; promoting round the year use for several purpose apart from Sports Event, like sports training, recreation, cultural & commercial proposition and a pleasant environment to be enjoyed by all age group.
A architecturally significant landmark for Durg which, in future, can be shown as an identity of the City. Total 1,20,000 sft of built-up area having seating capacity of 3500 spectators to be equipped to organize international sports and local cultural & economical events. Players arena, VIP lounge, commercial spaces, etc. integrated alongside stadium.
Client: Pharmaceutical Company
A multipurpose building for the pharma major, to double up current R & D and Admin capacity that matches future projections. Existing building to be replaced by state of art facility, to be occupied by 100 admin and same number of research personnel in 45000 sft of B+4 storied building.
Rigorous exercise was undertaken for space synchronization of these interlayered functions, meet safety standards and operational efficiencies for utilities. Context responsive building envelop adds elegance with sheer geometry and compliments use of the building. A double glass in north & East catches natural light whereas south fences services and heat gain, reduces energy consumptions.
Client: Bearing Manufacturing Company
Two decade old Admin building for the Bearing Manufacturing company now requires face-lifting. This is a very first-cut scheme proposed for the purpose.
Unlike other building façade, we proposed not to add any false framing / secondary skin to building. Conceptually this shall reflect a well proportionate big building which reflects strong founding and widespread company’s business. Minimal elements as sun breaker makes it contemporary.
